Service Focus is a university program that connects service and learning for students during their sophomore year. As a part of Service Focus, students have a funded summer service internship after their first year. When students return to campus as sophomores, they take a service-oriented course, participate in a peer-based cohort group, and engage with faculty.
ProCES participates in the program by managing the curricular component of the program and by funding Service Focus-eligible summer research internships. Service Focus courses are listed in the ProCES course list. Please contact Tara Carr-Lemke ([email protected]) with any questions.
