Princeton is actively engaged in preparations to mitigate the impact of coronavirus on the University community, according to a letter issued by President Christopher L. Eisgruber on March 3.

“Our response to this challenge will be most successful if we support one another and work together to protect our community during this challenging time,” the letter states.

Deputy University Spokesperson Michael Hotchkiss issued a separate statement, noting that the University will continue to release up-to-date information as the response evolves:

“Princeton University is actively monitoring the situation around coronavirus (Covid-19) and the evolving guidance from government and health authorities, in keeping with our commitment to ensure the health and safety of all members of the University community. The latest University guidance for students, faculty and staff is available on the University’s Emergency Management website.”
